Hello, Signs and Numbers Readers! It’s taken me a while to finish up this Generations series – I apologize for the delay. This summary ended up being much more in depth than I expected it to be.

For those of you interested in the rest of my Generations Series, here are the links:

Now there’s a few things to know before we delve into this astrological summary.

  • This is a VERY long read. Be prepared to sit for a while or to read this in a few different sittings.
  • This is a collective view of each generation from an astrological perspective. There will be individual exceptions to these collective assessments. Some of you will relate to other generations better than others because of the details of your own personal charts. Please keep that in mind, and be aware of how these energies may affect your world view. If you’re interested in how you specifically interact with others on a generational level, please contact me for a one-on-one chart session.
  • Each generation has 2-3 phases or groupings. There’s usually an early grouping and a later grouping, though Generation X has a three-way split – an early, a mid, and a late grouping. Each grouping will have some distinct characteristics, yet each generation has something that ties both or all three groupings together, defining that generation as its generation.
  • This isn’t intended to pit one generation against another, though it’s probably going to feel that way to some of you. This entire series is about awareness. Once we understand where we’re each and all coming from, it’s easier to bridge the ideological gaps and start coming together in positive, healing, and productive ways.

What you’ll notice is that much of this summary repeatedly refers to the Baby Boomer generation (born 1942-1958). After reading the entire series and this summary, you’ll hopefully understand why that generation is proving to be a pivotal generation in regard to the evolution of humanity.

That said, let’s get this summary started.

***The Greatest Generation (1914-1929)

We start with the remaining members of the Greatest Generation (born 1914-1929 to parents born Centennial Gen and prior, and currently ages 88-103). These folks are mostly gone now. Yet those who are still here have willingly accepted their role as the wise elders of humanity and they’re relishing in it, enjoying their last days. As they continue to share their stories and live life with joie de vivre (as quite a few of them are still very mobile and mentally present), they are loving the acknowledgment many of them are getting for their life accomplishments, feeling as if they’ve left a positive legacy behind for the generations to come. They express themselves as “royalty” with their Neptune in Leo (1915-1929) influence, and see themselves as amazing humanitarians and environmentalists as result of some of the early Greatests having Uranus in Aquarius (1910-1920) and the latter Greatests having Uranus in Pisces (1920-1928). And due to their Pluto in Cancer (1913-1939), they also transformed what it meant to emotionally invest in and care for one another as humans as they entered the world as World War I was beginning – this marked the beginning of global awareness and collaboration in a way it had never occurred before. They actually cared about the impact of their actions on their own and others, and this made a difference in how their intentions and actions were received.

Many of the generations following them look at them with admiration and envy. The Greatests came, saw, and conquered life. Some of the most dynamic inventions and innovations of the 20th century came during their childhood and inspired them to continue to evolve humanity from there. This generation was the one responsible for bringing most of the Baby Boomers into the world, and therefore, giving the Boomers quite a generation to live up to. This detail is key in understanding the Boomers’ perspective of the world and why they are the way they are – they felt/feel they have to live up to the legacy of their parents.

Those who are still alive resonate in a very positive way and make a powerful impact upon the Millennials and the World Changers coming in, especially the Millennials who they share Uranus energies with. They inspire the younger generations to greatness in ways which inspire the kids to pursue bigger dreams and goals than they otherwise might.

This generation is admired by the middle generations, especially Generation Y which appreciates their collective vision for and emotional investment in humanity.

***The Silent Generation (1928-1943)

The Silent Generation members (born 1928-1943 to parents born Greatest Gen, Centennial Gen and prior, and currently ages 74-89) are not aging as gracefully. Many of them are still resisting their elder ages and roles. In fact, I would go as far to say that many of them are actually mourning the loss of their youth…or at least their ability to be as active or as capable as they were when they were younger. What is most difficult for the Silents is that they need to be useful – they need to feel like they are serving a practical purpose as they’ve always idealized their ability to be of practical service due to their Neptune in Virgo (1928-1943). Yet as their bodies begin to fail them, they are now feeling like failures themselves. It’s no surprise that many of them are inquiring about and advocating for “right to die” initiatives and laws. They’d rather leave on their own terms than be subject to their natural and inevitable decline.

The Silents experienced a Uranus split in their generation. Uranus in Aries (1927-1935) and Pluto in Cancer (1913-1939) giving the earlier half of the Silent Generation a more assertive and independent social perspective. They tend to see things though either or both “I have to do my part” and “If I don’t do it, who will?” perspectives while applying that individual initiative to continuing the work the Greatests started, transforming what it means to emotionally invest in ourselves and each other as humans. The later Silents, however, have Uranus in Taurus (1934-1942) and Pluto in Leo (1937-1958) to giving them an awareness of their individual and collective social and societal lifestyle needs. They are wired to not only make sure that their fellow citizens are provided for materially, financially, and physically; they also want(ed) to make sure that they received acknowledgment for the societal transformation they were and still are making. It’s no accident that they were coming into the world as FDR’s New Deal was being implemented in the U.S. and democratic socialist principles and practices were being implemented in many parts of the world around this time, making quite an impact on individual nations and the collective world community.

These folks resonate very strongly with the World Changers coming in, but in a rather confrontational way. The World Changers may feel judged or criticized by the Silents in ways which are upsetting to them, while the Silents may be frustrated that their grandchildren and great-grandchildren don’t really connect with them. They have a remarkable amount of energy in common (sharing Uranus energies), yet the older generations are much too practical and earthbound for the younger ones. The kids have way more vision than most of their elders are capable of generating.

This generation may be frustrating for Generation X which feels a need to accomplish success on their own. Yet the Silents insist on being helpful, and their help may end up setting Gen-Xers back more than they help them move forward. This has much more to do with technology and the world moving faster than it did back in their day. Though helpful in some ways, the Silents may be slowing down the Crisis Gens and the Gen-Xers by trying to prove they still have value in a world that is moving much faster than they can or want to keep up with.

However, Gen Y and the Millennials may benefit from the slow down, though. There is a lot of practical wisdom the Silents have to impart to these young people who do not know a world before much of the technology which exists today. The Silents help Gen-Ys and the Millennials better understand their place in the world and in the evolution of humanity.

***The Baby Boomers (1942-1958)

All of this amazing history before them makes The Baby Boomers (born 1942-1958 to Centennial Gen, Greatest Gen, and Silent Gen parents, and currently aged 59-75) a bit of an anomaly generation. Raised by those who went through the Great Depression, they heard the stories of poverty and struggle. As result, they came into adulthood determined to be more accomplished and successful than their parents and grandparents. For them, it was always about doing better and being better…yet once they outdid their parents, they couldn’t stop competing. The focus shifted to being and doing better than each other, and when younger generations started coming in, it was about proving themselves to be better than them, too. They’ve been fighting everyone else and themselves for supremacy, trying to prove and establish their legacies as the most successful generation in history, like their parents.

Similar to the later Silents, the Boomers also have a Uranus split – the early Boomers (1942-1949) have Uranus in Gemini (1941-1949), revealing them to be ideologues and intellectuals, conscious of how to use communication, education, and mass media to influence the masses. This was especially the case as television began emerging during this time. The majority of the later Boomers (1948-1956) have Uranus in Cancer (1948-1956), making them very sensitive to the emotional needs of society and eager to attend to those emotional needs. This was the case when fear was used prolifically as a societal and political tactic in the post-World War II era (i.e. – the McCarthy era in U.S. politics).

However, the Baby Boomers all have Neptune in Libra which indicates either an eagerness to interact peacefully and in unity with one another AND/OR a delusional perception (or with the intention of creating the illusion) that they are relating to others in fair and balanced ways; and Pluto in Leo which indicates a deep need to receive acknowledgment for the transformative effect they are having on the world. These two influences make the Boomers the generation that held and still holds the most promise, yet therefore, brought and still brings the most disappointment.

We are spending a lot of time on the Boomers because they are the turning point for this stage in humanity’s evolution.

The later Boomers are not as severe in their mission to succeed and gain acknowledgment for their success as they are far more sensitive to and appreciative of the emotional dynamics of matters. They do want to be acknowledged for their nurturing of society, and they nurture diplomacy and peace in the relationships they have with others to further that cause…but there is a genuine, heartfelt intention to create peace, equality, and balance among those born 1948-1956.

The early Boomers, however – those born 1942-1949 – they are our collective challenge.

They want to be acknowledged for how smart they are – for their intelligence and their ability to innovate and evolve. Yet what they are really doing is mimicking what they were raised not to mimic. Their entire lives are based upon an act of rebellion against their mostly Greatest Generation parents who were born during WWI, lived through the Great Depression, and were the heroes and protagonists of WWII and who shared their wisdom so openly and generously with their children. Yet those children – the Boomers – want nothing more than to be more successful, more accomplished, and more revered than their parents. Sadly, they are willing to achieve these standards by any means necessary…

…which is why there is always competition over who has more money, more stuff, more attention, more power, and such among the Boomers. They compete with everyone over everything. There is always a seeking of more and never a point where enough is enough. They hate to “lose” (a.k.a. – not get their way), and will not surrender their efforts until they get the outcome(s) they want. Again, their mantra is “by any means necessary”, and they are determined to achieve their goals. Their diligence is admirable in some ways…yet it is frustrating in others.

Sadly,” by any means necessary” often means at the cost of any and all who are not of their generation, and in some cases, even including their own generation. The early Boomers are – collectively speaking – too self-absorbed to care about the legacy they are leaving behind, unlike their parents and actually, unlike any generation before or after them. They are uniquely wired to be focused on what gets them the attention and acknowledgment they crave without regard for what that means for others before or after them.

***The Crisis Generation (1956-1970)

That said, The Crisis Generation (born 1956-1970 to early Boomer, Silent Gen, and Greatest Gen parents, and currently aged 47-61) is an awkward group to say the least. As the first generation to follow the Boomers, they also have split Uranus energies. The early Crisis Gens have Uranus in Leo (1956-1962) have a desire to make unique individual contributions to their communities and to seek acknowledgment for those contributions, while the majority of the later Crisis Gens have Uranus in Virgo (1961-1969) have a desire to be of practical and purposeful service to their communities. The entire generation has Neptune in Scorpio (1955-1970) and Pluto in Virgo (1956-1972).

The Neptune energy is where things get interesting.

It’s almost as if the Crisis Gens are determined to keep their visionary power under wraps – not openly disclosing just how powerfully compassionate and philanthropic they really can be. Though they want to contribute to their communities and be acknowledged for those contributions, they also want to transform their communities for the communities’ sakes. They don’t want it to be about them as individuals. They want it to be about the people whose lives they are transforming.

To that point, the joint Uranus in Virgo and Pluto in Virgo influences transform what work is and what being in a workplace means, therefore transforming the workforce and what it means to be of everyday, practical service to others.  This generation is responsible for transitioning us from a primarily manual labor workforce to a primarily service-oriented workforce.

Yet a large part of why the Crisis Gens hide their power is because they are avoiding open warfare with the Boomers. Despite their different philosophies, the Boomers are still in the positions of power and refuse to give up their positions of power because…well…enough is never enough. The Boomers, in their opinion, haven’t gotten enough credit for being the smartest, most successful, or “greatest”…and the Crisis Gens aren’t willing to challenge them as they don’t want to be shut out of their successor roles. So the Crisis Gens play along with the Boomer egos, biding their time, willingly playing second fiddle or pawn to the Boomers, waiting for their day to step into the power roles to powerfully and profoundly transform community, society, and the world in their vision.

Yet despite their efforts to avoid conflict, the Crisis Gens do upset the Boomers…because the Crisis Gens have Uranus in Leo which makes them more popular with the public than the Boomer’s Pluto in Leo. Where Uranus energy tends to be more inclusive or rebellious, Pluto energy tends to empower or destroy. Therefore, the Boomers empower those who suck up to them and destroy or eliminate those who don’t or won’t…while the Crisis Gens tend to collaborate with those who will join them in service or rebel against those who don’t or won’t serve alongside them. The masses have more affinity for the next generation in line, and this makes the Boomers upset because they feel the Crisis Gens are stealing their thunder.

Where the Crisis Generation plays themselves down waiting for the Boomers to phase out, the next generation is not so kind nor patient…an frankly, the Crisis Gens aren’t exactly kind to the next group, either.

***Generation X (1970-1984)

Generation X (born 1970-1984 to Silent Gen, Baby Boomer, and Crisis Gen parents, and currently aged 33-47)  is next, and for the majority of this Generation, the Boomers are their parents. Yet unlike the Crisis Gens, the Gen-Xers aren’t as hesitant to speak up or speak out against their parents’ approaches and points of view.

The Gen-Xers have felt powerless for much of the first half of their lives, having to reprogram themselves mid-stream after realizing the world had changed from the world they were prepared for. Many Gen-Xers feel their Boomer parents sabotaged them by preparing them for the world the Boomers wanted rather than the world that was actually emerging. They also feel the Crisis Generation sells them out or sells them short by agreeing with the Boomers about Gen-X’s role in society to save face.

That said, Gen-Xers are late bloomers, yet make no mistake – they are blooming! And they are ready to right the wrongs and refute the laziness and “loser” accusations from their Boomer parents and their parents’ Crisis Gen patsies. In fact, nothing would make them happier to prove their parents and any other precedent generation wrong about who they are.

Gen-Xers are the only generation of this series to have a three-way Uranus split – Uranus in Libra (1968-1975), Uranus in Scorpio (1974-1981), and Uranus in Sagittarius (1981-1988). The early Gen-Xers are very aware of the fairness, equality, and justice dynamics in their communities and in humanity as a whole, and they have no delusions about the status quo in this regard, unlike the Neptune in Libra Boomers. These are the current day “social justice warriors”, regardless of their political ideology. The mid Gen-Xers are the ones seeking a deeper and more substantial social experience. Small talk and keeping up appearances just doesn’t cut it for these people. They need to get below the surface and get to the bottom of our social and societal challenges. And the late Gen-Xers are far more socially open-minded and explorative than any of the other generations of the 20th century to this point, and are eager to make society more expansive and inclusive.

Yet all of Generation X also has Neptune in Sagittarius (1970-1984) – a tendency to idealize adventure, inclusion, and expansion. Their open-minds may be so open that they are unable to focus on one thing. This serves them well in the position they are in – having to change direction mid-stream requires the Gen-X natives to develop transferable skills. Yet it also prevents them from having a clear vision of what they want their lives to look like. Ultimately, it shows up as a desire to be free of the limitations of the generations before them.

And finally, the majority of Generation X has Pluto in Libra (1971-1984), which makes these natives responsible for empowering or destroying relationship standards. The entire concept of what relationships are and how they function on any and every level is transformed by Generation X. They are hyper-sensitive to matters of fairness, balance, justice, and peace and anything that does not honor these principles is certain to be in danger of exposure and elimination…

…which is why this generation is such a threat to the Boomers. The Boomers don’t want to be called out on their hypocrisies of justice. The Boomers don’t want to be held accountable for the means they used to acquire their power and influence…yet that’s exactly what Gen-X is here to do – to reveal the imbalances which give the Boomers their advantages.

But even with the Crisis Gens getting their public affection and Gen-X determined to hold them accountable for their hypocrisies, it’s the next group that really starts getting the Boomers confronted with who they have been and continue to be.

***Generation Y (1983-1996)

Generation Y (born 1983-1996 to Baby Boomers, Crisis Gen, and Gen X parents, and currently aged 21-34) is challenging the Boomers, directly asking them why money and material resources are so important and why those are the measure of success in the world. They ask because they were raised by their Crisis Gen parents to believe that money and stuff was equal to success and as long as they had that, they’d be fine in life. Yet many Gen-Ys established their success early on…and realized that even with money and stuff, they weren’t happy. They weren’t experiencing joy or fulfillment in their lives – they needed more on the emotional, spiritual, and experiential levels.

So as they see the Boomers and Crisis Gens continuing to pursue money and power, and as they see Gen X struggling to transition into the technology age, the Gen-Ys ask “why?” Why does money and status matter so much? Why is that your only goal? Why don’t you see there’s more to life than money and stuff? Why don’t you stand up to the people (the Boomers) in power? Why don’t you question their motives? Why do you let them push you around or control you? Why haven’t you overcome your challenges yet? Why do you make so many excuses for yourself and your life?

These questions are confronting for the generations before them. Yet, that’s the role of Gen Y – to ask why and to challenge our thoughts and feelings about ourselves, our lives, and why we are who we are doing what we do.

Many of the Gen-Y natives ambitiously pursued and some achieved significant financial and societal success early on thanks to their collective Neptune in Capricorn (1984-1998). They followed the guidance of generations before them telling them to acquire money and stuff if they wanted to be “successful” in life…and well, quite a few of them did. The early Gen-Ys really made it big thanks to the expansive technological influence of their Uranus in Sagittarius energy (1981-1988). Yet the majority of Gen-Ys found financial and societal success to be socially vapid due to their Uranus in Capricorn (1988-1995), and found themselves collectively rebelling against the Boomers’ societal standards of success by seeking ways to share their successes in socially meaningful and transformative ways as result of their Pluto in Scorpio (1983-1995). It’s this Capricorn Uranus -Scorpio Pluto combo that scares the daylights out of the previous generations – especially the Boomers – as they realize this generation is the first that will not fall for their hype nor align with their values in any way, shape, or form. The Gen-Ys are looking for a deeper emotional experience, something the later Boomers are somewhat able to accommodate thanks to their Uranus in Cancer, but the early Boomers with Uranus in Gemini have no ability to relate to whatsoever. They truly don’t know how to handle the ambition or the power of the Gen-Y natives, and this may be the beginning of their undoing…

***The Millennials (1995-2010)

…but the real undoing of the Boomers comes through The Millennial Generation (born 1995-2010 to Crisis Gen, Gen X, & Gen Y parents, and currently aged 7-22) who not only find little to no value in money and stuff (other than freedom of choice), they actually resent it out of the gate. Though the Millennials do see fame and popularity through mass media as their access to success, they are focused on the contribution their unique influence makes to their communities and the collective whole due to their Uranus in Aquarius (1995-2003) and Uranus in Pisces (2003-2011). They want to make a positive, informative, and healing difference in the world. They aren’t so concerned that they themselves win – they want their victories to be for everybody and they want to win with everybody involved, much like their generational predecessors from nearly a century prior, the Greatest Generation, which also shared these Aquarius and Pisces Uranus energies.

NOTE: Keep in mind – the Greatests were the parents of the majority of the Boomers, so the Uranus energy of the Millennials is likely reminding the Boomers of their parents. Yes, those same amaxing parents the Boomers were determined to live up to and surpass. Does it make sense why this generation is such a trigger for the Boomers now?

Though there is some carryover of the ambitious Neptune in Capricorn vision (1984-1998), the “community winning” ideology of the majority of Millennials is amplified by Neptune in Aquarius (1998-2012). The Millennials truly hold a vision of the world in which everyone works together as unique individuals contributing to a collective whole to the credit of all, much to the dismay of the Boomers who truly cannot understand nor relate to this ideology because they are in it to win it for their individual selves.

This majority of the Millennial generation is under the influence of Pluto in Sagittarius (1995-2008) with a few late Millennials born under Pluto in Capricorn (2008-2024). This reveals a transformation of what it means to have the freedom to learn, grow, and expand. It also reveals that the Millennials will begin blazing the trail for new societal standards for success and accomplishment. In other words, as this generation comes into power, they will help thoroughly eliminate the greed-driven money and stuff legacy of the early Boomers.

***The World Changers (2010-2025)

And lastly, the World Changers (born 2010-2025, currently aged unborn-7) are actively being born into this world, mostly to Gen X, Gen Y and Millennial parents. They’re very young right now if they’re even born yet – the eldest of them being about 8 years old right now. As they come of age, they will be very pro-active – taking actions, blazing trails, and pushing each other and members of the older generations to empower the institutions which serve the greater whole of humanity and to eliminate the institutions and powers which don’t. Their ultimate goal is to lessen if not eliminate the damage the previous generations have caused. The WCs will be determined to correct the mistakes of their predecessors in the name of the greatest good for the greater whole. They are inclusive, collaborative, yet passionate and assertive, and their assertiveness will not go unnoticed. These kids will make their mark on this world and beyond it for the better. Much like their predecessors, the Silent Generation which shares the Uranus in Aries and Uranus in Taurus energies, the WCs will be self-starting and values-driven individuals with a desire to make active and valuable contributions to their communities.

The WCs have Pluto in Capricorn (2008-2024) as the driving transformative force for the majority of their generation, with only the last few under the influence of Pluto in Aquarius (2023-). They will transform societal standards for success and accomplishment, and what we currently apply to define societal status and success now will not be the same or at least won’t have the same motives by the time this generation is done with things. They will be especially idealistic due to their Neptune in Pisces (2011-2026), and this could be their greatest strength and their largest blind spot. On one hand, they may not be able to see how their dreams and visions may not be realistic. However, because they only have their dreams and ideals to go on, they may move forward in the belief that anything is possible. This generation has amazing innovative, artistic, emotional-spiritual healing, and philanthropic potential. These people wil not only change the world, they have the potential to heal it.

They won’t be terribly fond of their Gen-Y parents who have different objectives than they do. Though they’ll share some Capricorn influence, the WCs will be apt to destroy any remaining goals or ambitions which are outdated or no longer societally effective or achievable…which are remnants of the ambition the Gen-Ys picked up from the Baby Boomers. They’ll appreciate the Gen-Xers’ rejection of the Boomer values and how the Gen-Xers let them be whomever and however they want to be – these two generations will get along very well socially. And they’ll appreciate the vision of the Millennials, but they’ll focus it and put the Millennial visions into action.

And they won’t be shy about using their abilities and maximizing their potential. The WCs will echo the Silent Generation in some ways due to the fact that they both share Uranus in Aries (2010-2019) and Uranus in Taurus (2018-2025) energies. Only this time, they’ll be applying their assertive and independent social perspective and their awareness of their individual and collective social and societal lifestyle needs to their redefinition of societal success. The institutions and organizations of the 2030s and beyond will be unlike anything we could imagine as becoming real under the current societal climate. These people will indeed change the world.

***OVERALL

The Baby Boomers are the pivotal generation because the collective ideology shifts significantly with them and after them.

The Boomers who are “well-off” don’t understand why the rest of the generations are so upset with them. However, the ones who aren’t so well-off are beginning to see or already do see where they mistook their determination for success. Now, many of the less well-off Boomers are realizing that they are victims of their fellow Boomers’ competitive greed…and they wonder what, if anything, is left for them.

In fact, the Boomers almost ensured it by deteriorating many of the securities and stabilities they had had to ensure no generation would be better than them. However, their relentless pursuit of money and stuff has proven to be an empty reward. They don’t have the emotional investments and connections to their communities and society their predecessors did. They don’t have the admiration or adoration of the younger generations their predecessors did. Their legacy is one of devastation and destruction, even though they didn’t fight any official global wars.

The Crisis Gens are too afraid of the Boomers to speak up or speak out against them. They can see the writing on the wall, but feel powerless to stop it. In fact, in order to gain positions of power and influence themselves, they’ve had to give in to the demands and games of the Boomers. The sad part is that The Crisis Gens know they’re going to be left holding the bag that the Boomers leave behind – they know the boomers will never own up to the damage they caused. The Boomers will blame those before them and after them, and the Crisis Gens are the first ones to follow so they’ll get the brunt of the blame. Sadly, it’s kind of rightfully theirs. Instead of standing up to the Boomers, they gave in to the Boomers. The Boomers may call it respecting them as the elders, but the younger generations see the Crisis Gens as enabling the violators. The Crisis Gens will have to make a hard u-turn in philosophy and approach if they want to have any genuine power or influence in the world after the Boomers are phased or forced out of their current roles.

Generation X is beginning to find their voice to speak up and speak out against the Boomers, finally expressing their anger and resentment, but once they get past that, also expressing their clarity and strength. Gen X is finally beginning to come into their power, and may end up leap-frogging the Crisis Gen natives as result. They also have the encouragement (or pressure) of the Millennials, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha to finally step into the light and make their presence fully known in the world.

And the questions of Millennials became very confronting for the Boomers as the Boomers began to realize that they were living for was not and still isn’t enough for the younger generations coming up. In fact, the generation that takes so much pride in winning may be beginning to realize that they may have ultimately lost at the game of life due to their greed and competitive drive as the Millennials, Gen Z, and Gen Alpha do not share their values. At. All.

The unified, collectively contributive sentiment of the younger generations is the antithesis of what the Boomers stand for, and this is what makes the Baby Boomer generation the tipping point of this collection of generations. Everything the younger generations stand for stands against what the Boomers have lived for. This puts at least three, possibly four generations firmly against their principles.

That said, the clear message here is…the world changes once the Boomers let go.

The question here is…when will be Boomers let go? When will they finally accept their place and role in the succession is completing?

There’s only one way to find out.

Keep living into our power – as generations and as individuals.

Thank you for reading and sharing Signs and Numbers and this series, and thank you for your patience while I finished it.
